I made the exciting move from Nova Scotia to beautiful British Columbia in search of outdoor adventure and a vibrant community. With a passion for helping my patients regain their mobility, I specialize in using the Integrated Systems Model to diagnose movement impairments. My approach combines manual therapy and dry needling to effectively address issues and facilitate recovery.

I am committed to getting my patients back to doing what they love—whether it’s enjoying a leisurely walk along the rail trail with their grand kids or conquering the trails at SilverStar Bike Park with friends. Together, we’ll work towards restoring your movement so you can fully embrace all that the stunning Okanagan has to offer.

I came to the Okanagan Valley in search of a healthy, adventurous, and joy-filled lifestyle. I believe our days should be filled with exploration through movement and connection to nature. I enjoy biking, running, skiing, paddling and making the most of our seasonal sports while enjoying the views.

Following my kinesiology degree, I graduated Clinical Honours at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and was selected to complete a residency as a Sports-Specialist in my field. With this advanced training, I offer more than just adjustments – I provide intelligent, integrative care tailored to athletes, active individuals, and anyone who wants to move and feel better. I draw from a wide spectrum of evidence-informed techniques, including Active Release Technique (ART), Graston therapy, Diversified mobilization and manipulation, and rehabilitation training grounded in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) to build lasting endurance without compromise.

I take a gentle, thoughtful approach focusing on recalibrating the neuromuscular system as a whole. Whether you are recovering from injury, working hard to prevent one, or striving to reach peak physical potential – my goal is to help you move better, train smarter, and treat your body as your most powerful asset.

My physiotherapy practice is deeply rooted in my personal discoveries as a nature lover, totally fascinated by the human body and continuously curious about the way it can change and adapt. I have also gained various perspectives through continuous learning on a variety of topics such as Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, management of TMJ conditions and pain science. I now combine all of these skills through the use of the Integrated Systems Model which allows me to assess each individual from a whole-body perspective and deliver a highly personalised treatment plan that takes into consideration the uniqueness of our bodies, our past experiences and our goals.
Outside of a relentless desire to help others, I value the human connection that my role brings and I hope to inspire others to lead a life that is not only fulfilling but one that fosters resiliency, adaptation and growth.

I am a wild soul who loves to wander. Whether it’s wandering the local trails, traveling the world with my husband, or walking alongside you on your journey towards health in your home (aka your body). My approach is integrative, inclusive and trauma informed. It’s my goal to create an environment where you feel safe to navigate the experience of pain in your body so that you may step back into harmony and wholeness with all of who you are – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Through curiosity and a passion for growth I have learned that there is an art to healing. Returning to wholeness requires a unique and individualized path. It’s why since graduating in 2011 with my Master’s in Physical Therapy I have been wandering the wilderness of health and wellness, cultivating a unique blend of knowledge to utilize in our work together. When we collaborate on your care I will combine my understanding of acupuncture, intuitive energy work, nervous system regulation, somatoemotional release, craniosacral, pelvic floor and traditional physiotherapies to bridge the gap between where you are and where you desire to be.

In my eyes, embodying and stepping into true health is an ever evolving journey and I look forward to walking with you on yours.

I was born and raised in the northern interior, where I developed a deep appreciation for people, movement, and the outdoors. After completing my Master’s in Physiotherapy at UBC as part of the UBC-North cohort in Prince George, I moved to Vernon to be part of a community that values active living as much as I do. The access to trails, mountains, and year-round outdoor activities felt like the perfect fit (not to mention the warmer weather!).

I love working with people from all walks of life and helping them get back to the activities that bring meaning and joy to their everyday routines whether that’s keeping up with the grandkids, returning to sport, tackling a new goal, or shredding down the mountain. My approach is holistic and collaborative, blending individualized exercise programs with hands-on manual therapy, education, and goal-setting. I believe progress is strongest when it’s shared, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support you in finding more comfort, confidence, and control in your body.

I’m excited to call Vernon home, along with my golden retriever, Gus. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me on a trail somewhere hiking, biking, snowboarding, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Okanagan.

I am an Orthopaedic and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist who brings curiosity, compassion, and a love of movement into every session. I completed my MSc in physiotherapy at McMaster University and have continued building skills through extensive coursework and hands-on experience in both orthopaedic and pelvic health care.

I love helping people stay active in the way that matters the most to you, with a goal of helping you better understand your body, build confidence in movement, and return to the activities you love with less pain and more ease. I strive to create a friendly, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and capable.

A life of adventure and time outdoors has shaped my practice. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me skiing, trail running, mountain biking, or backpacking in the mountains.

Originally from the Alberta prairies, I fell in love with B.C.’s wild beauty while completing my post-secondary studies in Nelson. I spent summers back home fighting wildfires until I could make the move permanent, and now proudly call the Okanagan home. I love the active lifestyle this region offers, and I spend my free time paddleboarding, hiking, biking, skiing, and working toward my goal of summiting some of the world’s tallest peaks.

In the clinic, I help patients overcome pain, restore movement, and build long-term resiliency. I specialize in acupuncture and electroacupuncture to target trigger and motor points, providing fast and effective relief while improving muscle activation and nervous system regulation. Treatments are often complemented by cupping, gua sha (scraping), active release, and guided mobility or corrective exercises to reinforce progress between visits.

My approach blends hands-on treatment with practical health coaching—incorporating breathwork, sleep and stress strategies, and strength and mobility programming. This comprehensive care not only relieves symptoms but restores function, supports recovery, and helps prevent future injury.

My goal is to offer more than just a reset—I want to help you train smarter, move better, and live bigger, now and for the long haul.

I am a Vernon girl born and raised who has a wide love for the many things the Okanagan has to offer. After discovering my passion for health and fitness through working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, I decided to complete my Exercise Science degree at UBCO to further the realm of people I am able to help.

I have a strong passion for what exercise and taking care of ourselves can do for our physical and mental strength, and how strength training can be utilized to rehabiliate, prevent injury, increase confidence, and improve overall quality of life.

Throughout my degree I had the opportunity to offer performance based strength training with many of the UBCO varsity athletes during both their on and off seasons. I have also completed my Nutritionist Specialist certification through ISSA as I began to discover the link between the foods we consume and the effects on the body. ! Since becoming licensed as a kinesiologist, I have had the pleasure of helping many individuals rehabilitate injury, strengthen and build durability in life and sport, and manifest power and confidence!

When I am not helping and encouraging others in their exercise endeavours, you can often find me in the gym for my own health, and working towards my next bodybuilding competition. I also enjoy going for walks in the various trails the Okanagan has to offer, and spending time paddle boarding in the summer.

I am beyond excited to be joining the team at Habitat Health to circulate the skill base and experience I have gained to optimize your personal health journey.

My passion for massage therapy grew from my background in ballet and the experience of recovering from a severe injury that affected my dancing. That journey sparked my interest in movement, healing, and the body’s incredible ability to recover.

I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2023. I am dedicated in helping clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain and improving overall wellness.

I tailor each treatment to meet individual needs, drawing from techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, muscle energy, deep and soft tissue work, neuromuscular techniques, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), and facilitated stretching.

I’m currently working toward my Manual Lymphatic Drainage certification to further support clients in their recovery.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll often find me hiking, kayaking, biking, crocheting, creating art, dancing, or practicing yoga.
