I came to the Okanagan Valley in search of a healthy, adventurous, and joy-filled lifestyle. I believe our days should be filled with exploration through movement and connection to nature. I enjoy biking, running, skiing, paddling and making the most of our seasonal sports while enjoying the views.

Following my kinesiology degree, I graduated Clinical Honours at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and was selected to complete a residency as a Sports-Specialist in my field. With this advanced training, I offer more than just adjustments – I provide intelligent, integrative care tailored to athletes, active individuals, and anyone who wants to move and feel better. I draw from a wide spectrum of evidence-informed techniques, including Active Release Technique (ART), Graston therapy, Diversified mobilization and manipulation, and rehabilitation training grounded in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) to build lasting endurance without compromise.

I take a gentle, thoughtful approach focusing on recalibrating the neuromuscular system as a whole. Whether you are recovering from injury, working hard to prevent one, or striving to reach peak physical potential – my goal is to help you move better, train smarter, and treat your body as your most powerful asset.
