Physio Active Play
Physio Active Play is a personalized rehabilitation program that is lead by your Physiotherapist and executed by one of our Kinesiologists. This program allows you to complete your prescribed exercises and ensures you are competent and educated on your movement needs. Active rehabilitation is imperative for overcoming acute injury, managing repetitive injury risk, and ensuring you continue to achieve all of your movement goals. You must first visit one of our licensed Physiotherapists prior to booking a Physio Active Play online.
Chiropractic Care
If your life is disrupted due to back pain, neck pain, headaches, sprains or strains, or another problem involving your muscles, joints, and nervous system, chiropractic care can help you feel like yourself again. As spine, muscle, and nervous system experts, chiropractors provide qualified and effective treatment to promote health, alleviate pain and improve your quality of life. Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the study of human movement. Our Kinesiologists work with you to develop personalized exercise programs designed to improve your strength, range of motion, and function. In Canada, Kinesiologists or Physiotherapist Assistants (PTAs) work with Physiotherapists to provide care for clients under the supervision of the Physiotherapist. PTAs can be involved in aspects of care such as supervised exercise, assisted mobilizations and stretches, or applying recovery modalities. This can help optimize recovery from injury, improve performance, and facilitate long-term, sustainable movement.

Massage
Massage therapists are licensed healthcare professionals who work alongside our healthcare team to improve blood flow, myofascial gliding and facilitate the proper functioning of the body. They use myofascial release, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage techniques and joint mobilization depending on the individual needs of the patient. These treatment techniques help to create a calm and comfortable space to rest, regenerate and heal. Our massage therapists communicate regularly with our team to ensure that we maintain a client centered approach and continuity of care.

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that has become very popular in the West. There are many aspects to a Yogic way of life.
